Eligibility for Refund

At TaralKShira, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a 10-day replacement policy under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Product – If the product is received in a damaged condition.

  2. Incorrect Product – If you receive the wrong product.

  3. Other Cases – Exchanges are not applicable for any other reasons.

Refund & Replacement Process

To ensure a smooth resolution, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Inspect Your Order

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Step 2: Initiate a Refund/Replacement Request

  • To start the process, send an email or WhatsApp message with the following details:

    • Order number

    • Product package opening video (mandatory)

    • Clear images of the product and packaging

    • A detailed description of the issue

Step 3: Verification

  • Our team will review your request and confirm your eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Step 4: Approval & Processing

  • Once approved, we will notify you regarding the next steps.

  • If you are eligible for the replacement then your product will be replaced with the same or a different product of the same value within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from the given address.
  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Important Notes
  • Video proof of unboxing is mandatory to process refunds or replacements.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than damaged or incorrect items.

  • If your refund request does not meet the above criteria, it will not be processed.
